Travel conditions

To travel with a bicycle or other objects such as surfboards, it is necessary that they are well packed and prepared for transportation.
Remember to arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.

A total of 4 units per bus are allowed (one per ticket).

They should be secure in a case prepared for their transport.

Travel by bike

Other special equipment: the same rates and conditions shall apply to all sports and/or leisure equipment and accessories comparable, similar or assimilable to those described above and which, due to their dimensions and/or characteristics, must be located in the hold of the bus. They must be packed for transport.

Connect your laptop and recharge your mobile

Now you can travel by plugging in your electrical devices to enjoy your trip even more. Recharge your cell phone and plug in your laptop. Whatever you want. Just use the individual plug that you will find in your seat.

Unattended underage passengers

Option 1: Minor travels alone
The minor traveler will travel alone on the bus, so the transportation is under the full responsibility of the parent or guardian, with no auxiliary staff to assist him/her. To do so, it will be necessary to hand in the downloadable document filled in and signed at the station ticket office.

Option 2: Minor travels under supervision
The minor traveler will be supervised by the driver, accommodating him/her in his/her seat, controlling his/her boarding and alighting from the bus and taking care of handing him/her over to the person indicated on the form. To do so, it will be necessary to hand in the downloadable document filled in and signed at the station ticket office.

Option 3: Minor accompanied by an attendant.
The minor traveler will be accompanied at all times by a travel assistant during the entire trip. He/she will be in charge of placing the minor in his/her seat, controlling his/her boarding and alighting from the bus and handing him/her over to the person indicated on the form, as well as solving any need the minor may have. To do this it will be necessary to deliver the downloadable document filled out and signed at the ticket office of the station.

Onboard entertainment system

On the buses that belong to the line, you will be able to access multimedia content using your own personal device, without the need for any type of installation, and thus enjoy movies, series, books, music, video games, etc. If you would like to have specific content on your trip, please request it to our e-mail address info@cuadrabus.com. If you do not have your mobile device (smartphone, tablet or laptop) with you, our ticket offices in Bilbao, Haro and Logroño offer loan devices, as well as other special entertainment devices. A few minutes before your trip, stop by our ticket offices at the stations and ask for it. Our colleagues will provide you with the necessary information so that you can enjoy all our on-board entertainment offer. In addition, we have more on-board entertainment options that you can find directly inside your bus: board games, magazines and newspapers.

Valuables security service

Our buses have a closed compartment to offer you the possibility to store your valuables. This ensures that your valuables are protected and guarded at all times, preventing loss and theft. It is necessary to fill out and submit a form at our lockers.
In case of loss, or any other circumstance, the company will pay you, in cash, according to the weight in kg of the valuables. You must fill out a form where you indicate the information.

Minors and pregnant women: safety devices

We have approved child restraint seats that have passed safety controls and seat belts for pregnant women.

Generic devices are available on the buses but we recommend picking up the device at the customer service ticket offices in Bilbao, Haro and Logroño.
