Over-65s
- 20% off your tickets.
- You must show an ID card or passport as proof of age.
Children
- Children aged 0 to 6 travel completely free; these tickets can be obtained at any of our ticket offices.
- Children aged 7 to 12 travel with 20% off the ticket price.
- You must show an ID card, passport or family record book.
- If the required valid documentation is not produced, the ticket will not be accepted and another must be purchased.
Young people
Under-26s holding a youth card.
- If you are under 26 and hold a youth card, you get 10% off the ticket price.
- You must show an ID card or passport as proof of age, and the youth card must be valid.

Large families
General or special category
- General category large family: 20% off your tickets.
- Special category large family: get 50% off.
- You must show an ID card or passport together with the large family record book, or a certified copy, as proof of status.
BAT, MUGI and BARIK cards
- 20% off your tickets.
- This payment method can only be used when boarding the coach, a few minutes before departure.
