OVERNIGHT STOPS AVAILABLE

Since 2nd of March with the aim of increase the security on women and children when leaving the bus, Alava’s Provincial Council have decided to offer extra stops on their intercity regional lines.

All the conditions explained below must be implemented to embrase on this initiative:

1. It must be a point scheluded by the Alava Provincial Council, such as “stop requiered” for each regional line.

2. Belong to one of the groups and have requested to the driving staff before entering to the bus:

‘-Women who travel alone or with other women.

‘-Minors who travel alone or with other minors.

‘-Women who travel with minors.

3. The “stop requiered” are only permited on the routes that start on the next timetables and dates:

‘-Since 18:30h, from 1st of November to 31st of March

‘-Since 21:00h, from 1st of April to 31st of October.

To determine the new overnight stops available was carried out an exhaustive study of the 19 regional lines which took into account the distance from the city centre, remoteness with respect to certain areas or populated areas of the municipality,and thus concluded the need to enable complementary demand stops that provide more security.

Cuadrabus includes on its line Bilbao-Logroño the next supplementary stops:

1st TOWN: LABASTIDA/BASTIDA

‘-Town: Labastida/Bastida

‘-Location, reference:  On the way to Haro A-3202,  La Rioja Avenue crossing Marijiloz, Castrillo and Vitoria Streets.

‘-Remarks:

Only on the way Bilbao-Logroño

Only to leave the bus

2nd TOWN: LABASTIDA/BASTIDA

‘-Town: Labastida/Bastida

‘-Location, reference: East of the town, exit to Logroño, next to bodega Marqués de Carrión

‘-Remarks:

Only on the way Bilbao-Logroño

Only to leave the bus

3rd TOWN: SAMANIEGO

‘-Town: Samaniego

‘-Location, reference: West of the town, crossing the Constitución Street.

‘-Remarks:

Only on the way Bilbao-Logroño
